Things To Remember
Please take a minute to read these notes to help you book and enjoy an amazing holiday.
- When you have filled in your booking application form, and signed terms and conditions, do not forget to add the DATE REQUIRED and DRIVING LICENCE DETAILS IN FULL. If these are not added, it will slow down the confirmation process.
- Make sure that your destination/touring areas are filled in correctly. Our advanced tracking systems each have to be programmed to allow free travel of the chosen areas. This is especially important on European travelling.
- When coming to collect the hire vehicle that has been reserved for your use, bring your driving licence with you, including paper copy with two other forms of identification such as passport/utility bills. (utility bills must be current)
- Also the security/damage deposit of £1250 becomes due on collection. This is REFUNDABLE IN FULL SUBJECT TO NO DAMAGE BEING PRESENT ON OR IN THE VEHICLE.
- Do not plan your holiday to start from the day to pick the vehicle up. The induction process (showing you around and how to operate the motor home) can take 2-3 hours on average. It is paramount that this is completed regardless of previous experience, firstly because each motor home differs, and more importantly for health and safety regulations you must be shown all aspects by law.
- When wishing to bring pets, please make sure that this has been agreed at the time of booking, or immediately after booking as not all vehicles are suitable for pets and some are pet free zones.
- Our vehicles are not large multi national company owned. We are a small family company that use the motor homes ourselves. So please take care of them!
- Don’t forget your toothbrush!
