How do I book?
You can book online using the booking button, or by phone if you prefer. You will be sent a Hire Application Form and copy of our terms of conditions that need to be filled in and returned to us. Once the application has been approved, you will receive a booking confirmation.
Will my information be passed on to anyone else?
Never! All information is totally confidential. The only time we may pass on your contact details is in the event of a motoring offence or similar where an authority demand your contact details (i.e. Parking or speed camera fines)
What identification will I need?
An up to date driving licence (photo-card), if you still have the paper type licence, please bring another form of photographic identification such as a passport or gun licence etc.
Can I hire the motor home on a daily basis?
You are welcome to hire on a daily basis during off peak, and mid season by arrangement. However due to high demand during peak season, we can only accept weekly bookings.
Do you offer long term hire discounts?
If you are wishing to hire for terms over 4 weeks, we will offer a discount.
When can I collect the motor home?
After 2pm on the first day of hire. Bear in mind however, that you will need to be shown how to operate the motor home, which can take time.
How long does a handover take?
Typically 2 hours, longer if needed. We won't leave you unsure of anything! If you do happen to forget, we have a user manual, and full telephone support.
When do I return the motor home?
We advise returning the motor home at 10am on the last day of hire at the latest. We have to check the vehicle over, and it also has to be valeted for the next customer.
Do you have secure parking facilities?
Yes, we have parking for one car which is left securely at our premises. We will even ensure that your cars' battery is kept topped up whilst you are away.
Do the motor homes have seat belts in the rear?
Yes, all forward facing seats have seat belts fitted. Due to safety reasons, the side facing seats do not have seat belts. Rear facing seats do not require seatbelts.
Do you have Air or Rail connections nearby?
Yes, the Railway line is a few hundred yards away, and airport around 20 miles, we can collect you if required from the local railway/airport terminals.
Do you have a list of caravan sites?
We do have a star grading scheme in place, which is constantly expanding. Each site is checked, and verified as suitable before it is added to our list. This ensures high quality parks, with a friendly outlook - just what you need when you are on holiday! These can be found on our website and website links page.
Do the motor homes have breakdown cover?
Yes, all motor homes are fully covered in the event of a breakdown. We have an extremely rigorous maintenance regime, and regularly safety checks so you can rest assured the chances are as minimal as we can make them.
Can I tow a trailer?
No, unfortunately we are unable to allow towing in our motor homes. Most have no towing equipment fitted. This is a stipulation of our insurers.
Do you supply the hook up leads and gas?
Each motor home comes with two gas bottles (one full), and a large hook up lead that should cover you should you be some distance from the hook up point.
Do you have smoker friendly motor homes?
No, we cannot allow smoking in our motor homes, not only is it illegal under recent legislation it may also be uncomfortable to our non smoking customers. If this rule is disregarded, there will be a fine of £500 imposed to cover fumigating, and fully cleaning the vehicle.
Do they use lots of fuel?
Not considering the size, a typical average would
be around the 25mpg range.
